With a slight rise from the stem clamp and a 10-degree forward bend, the 5D accommodates the natural position of your arms for greater comfort and easier breathing, whilst the wing-like shape of the bar top enhances aerodynamics. Reinforced carbon fibre construction delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The 5D features internal cable routing, with guides designed to accommodate wiring for electronic shifting. Now available with the new ACR System, a fully integrated Aerodynamic Cable Routing solution that routes all cables, wires and hoses internally. Now available in the new 3K carbon finish.
AERODYNAMICS The Metron 5D integrated handlebar is the stiffest and most aerodynamic integrated handlebar and stem system. The wing-like shape of the top of the bar enhances aerodynamics.
ERGONOMICS The 10° forward angle ensures a more natural position for the wrists and a wider stance for the elbows, which makes breathing easier.
REINFORCED Reinforced carbon fibre construction offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
– Aerodynamic Integrated Cable Routing (ACR) – All-carbon construction – 3K carbon finish – Di2-compatible with integrated junction box compartment and cable ducts – 5mm offset drops providing a wider, more stable sprinting platform and allowing faster transitions from the hoods to the drops – Stem angle: -6°
