Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all HealthyDNA services: coaching, DNA analysis and blood tests through Clinica Montgo, and purchases in the web shop.

Who applies these terms

  • ESQ Products & Services BV (BE 0811.209.911), Amazonelaan 19, 8450 Bredene, Belgium — for coaching programmes and the web shop.
  • Clinica Montgo SL, Avenida Principal de la Serra 170, 03599 Altea, Spain — for DNA analysis, blood tests and medical supervision.

Where "HealthyDNA" appears below, we mean the entity that provides the service in question.

Services

  • Coaching: a programme from intake to evaluation, medically indicated or performance-oriented.
  • Longevity: DNA analysis and blood tests through Clinica Montgo, supplemented with weight management, diabetes care and anti-ageing treatments.
  • Web shop: bike maintenance, sports nutrition and related products.

Formation of a contract

A contract is formed as soon as you place an order in the web shop, or as soon as your intake for a coaching programme or DNA analysis has been confirmed. We confirm this by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site, including VAT where applicable. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at the time of ordering.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a purchase in the web shop within 14 days without giving a reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to a DNA analysis or blood test once the sample has been collected, nor to a coaching programme once the service has already started with your explicit consent — in both cases because the service has then already been (partly) delivered and cannot be undone.

Medical disclaimer

The information, analyses and advice provided by HealthyDNA, including those of Clinica Montgo, are intended to support a healthier lifestyle and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment by a doctor. In case of health complaints, always consult your GP or specialist. Results of a DNA analysis or blood test are indicative and provide insight into predispositions and points of attention, not a medical guarantee.

Liability

HealthyDNA provides its services with due care, but is not liable for damage resulting from the use of advice or products outside the context in which they were given, or for the consequences of not consulting a doctor in case of health complaints. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, images, DNA report formats — is the property of HealthyDNA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Complaints and applicable law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first through info@healthydna.fit — we always try to resolve it between ourselves first. Services provided by ESQ Products & Services BV are governed by Belgian law; services provided by Clinica Montgo SL are governed by Spanish law.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The date of the latest change is shown at the bottom of this page.
